HISTORICAL FORMATION AT THE CTBCA

A historical formation was signed into life at the Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Association (CTBCA).

The first General Assembly Meeting of the Cyprus Turkish Building Cooperative Ltd. (KTİ-KOOP), which was formally constituted on January 9th, 2023, under the umbrella of the CTBCA, was held.

At the KTİ-KOOP inaugural General Assembly Meeting held in the Sevket Abohorlu Meeting Hall of the CTBCA over the previous afternoon, with the participation of all the founding members, and after the main charter was discussed and accepted, 7 (seven) people who will serve for 3 (three) years as the Board of Directors and the 5 (five) person Supervisory Board were elected.

The KTİ-KOOP aims to carry out all kinds of regulatory, supervisory, promotional, supportive work for the development of the sector and to raise the standards of the sector.

In the meeting to be held by the KTİ-KOOP Board of Directors in the coming days, priorities regarding the activities will be determined and work will commence.

CYPRUS TURKISH BUILDING COOPERATIVE (KTİ-KOOP)

The KTİ-KOOP aims to carry out all kinds of regulatory, supervisory, promotional, supportive work for the development of the sector and to raise the standards of the sector.

KTİ-KOOP will mediate for the recycling of Urban waste. Furthermore, thanks to this non-profit cooperative, citizens who do not own a house in the country will be afforded the opportunity to become house owners, taking into account their ability to pay.
