{"id":2769,"date":"2017-06-12T12:08:52","date_gmt":"2017-06-12T10:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ktimb.org\/?page_id=2769\/"},"modified":"2025-12-18T12:26:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T10:26:51","slug":"zoning-and-town-planning-unit-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ktimb.org\/en\/our-services\/zoning-and-town-planning-unit-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Zoning And Town Planning Unit Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Consultancy Services<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Consultancy services provided by the CTBCA to its members in the fields of Zoning and Town Planning are carried out upon the requests of the members.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">In the event that a member requires expert support and\/or guidance on any matter within this field, they shall convey the issue or the subject of support needed to the relevant person and request support services for its resolution.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The necessary information and documents regarding the application are obtained from the member, evaluated, and recorded. Following the evaluations, proposed solutions and information regarding the process are conveyed to the member, and if any consultancy service is to be provided on the matter, the necessary implementation is initiated.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Provided that there is no legal impediment regarding the subject, the most appropriate solution is ensured to be reached in the best interest of the member.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Contractor\u2019s Certificate<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Within the framework of the Building Control Law, contracting firms are obliged to submit the \u201cContractor\u2019s Certificate\u201d obtained from the CTBCA to the relevant official authorities at specific stages of construction works. Applications for the Contractor\u2019s Certificate are made to the Zoning and Town Planning Department by completing the application form along with the required documents, provided that the criteria specified below are met. In the event that the necessary criteria are not fulfilled, the applications cannot be taken into consideration. Application files are reviewed and, upon approval, the certificate fee is collected from the member and the Contractor\u2019s Certificate is delivered.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Requirements for the Contractor\u2019s Certificate:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">Valid CTBCA membership<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">Paid membership dues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\">Valid registration with the Council<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\">The contractor must hold a \u201cConstruction Class\u201d certificate equivalent to the nature of the construction to be implemented<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Required Documents for Application<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">2 photocopies of the Title Deed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\">2 photocopies of the Site Plan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\">2 photocopies of the Building Permit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\">2 photocopies of the Contract (Contract between the property owner and the contractor)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\">2 photocopies of the MO1 Sheet Legend<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"38\">Note:<\/b> Additional documents may be requested from the applicant if deemed necessary.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Contractor\u2019s Certificate fee is 500 TL.<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Please <a href=\"https:\/\/ktimb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/I%CC%87ns%CC%A7aat-Mu%CC%88t.Belgesi-Bas%CC%A7vuru-Formu.pdf\">click here<\/a> for the <strong>Contractor\u2019s Certificate Application Form<\/strong> or obtain it in person from our association.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">After the Contractor\u2019s Certificate has been obtained and submitted to the relevant official authorities for the commencement of work, in the event that the contract between the parties is cancelled for any reason and a decision is made not to proceed with the project, or upon the completion of the project, the contractor must apply to the CTBCA to declare the cancellation or completion of the project.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Please <a href=\"https:\/\/ktimb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Ek3-F.KYS_.03-Tamamlama-Iptal-Beyan-Formu-Rev01.xlsx\">click here<\/a> for the <strong>Contractor\u2019s Certificate Cancellation\/Completion Declaration Form<\/strong> or obtain it in person from our association.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Condominium Easement<\/h3>\n<p>For detailed information regarding condominium ownership and easement rights applications, please contact the officials of our Institution&#8217;s Planning Department.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;] Consultancy Services Consultancy services provided by the CTBCA to its members in the fields of Zoning and Town Planning are carried out upon the requests of the members.
