Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry, Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Shopkeepers and Artisans, Union of the Chamber of Cyprus Turkish Engineers and Architects, Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Associations, North Cyprus Young Businessmen Associations and North Cyprus Businessmen Association have taken a decision to develop more active and co-operative behavior as much as possible about the country’s problems.<\/p>\n

In the joint statement made by the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry, Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Shopkeepers and Artisans, Union of the Chamber of Cyprus Turkish Engineers and Architects, Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Associations, North Cyprus Young Businessmen Associations and North Cyprus Businessmen Association, it was stated that the basis of the cooperation lies in the aim of “to produce common solutions to the problems of the country and to give direction to the political institution\u201d.<\/p>\n

THE EXPLANATION IS AS FOLLOWS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It has become an undeniable fact that everyone agrees that the Turkish Cypriot people are facing important economic and social problems. It is also known that in order to solve these problems, it is sometimes hoped that the Cyprus problem will be solved and in some periods the protocols signed with Turkey will be fully implemented.<\/p>\n

We have shown that the transfer of the problems of the Turkish Cypriot people to Turkey or to the solution of the Cyprus problem did not result from the increasing concentration of the problems and these problems became a blind spot at this stage.<\/p>\n

As the directors of the organizations signing below, we have reached the common opinion that at the meeting we held on March 28, 2017, we are aware of our responsibilities for the formation of this blind spot, and that the time of flow is causing the country’s resources to become increasingly large and wasted.<\/p>\n

From time to time, the social tasks we have neglected by pursuing our turfism interests have now been standed against us as a CHAOS and DEGENERATION. As a result, our civil society organizations are increasingly underestimated by politicians; We are also aware that we have largely lost our competence of leading to a different political institution.<\/p>\n

If an important part of the problems we are experiencing today is a bad legacy that they have handed over to us as a result of mistakes made by past generations or missions they have not fulfilled, the DEGENERATION and CHAOS that will result from the missions we do not fulfill will be referred to as a bad legacy we will turn to our future generations.<\/p>\n

At the end of the discussions we have made with this consciousness, we have decided to continue our meetings and develop more actively possible joint behaviors about the country’s problems.<\/p>\n

Based on this cooperation, we share with the public the purpose of creating common solutions to the problems of the country and to give direction to the political institution.<\/p>\n
