The &#8216;ALO 170&#8242; notification line, which is engaged to prevent unlicenced constructions and illegal contracting, identifies illegal contractors and constructions and imposes penal sanctions as required by the related law. \u00a0 CTBCA shows the necessary sensitivity in this matter and informs the relevant authorities about the notifications and ensures that they are monitored and kept under surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>According to the law, those who are unregistered contractors can pay up to 5 (five) years&#8217; imprisonment and minimum wage up to 20 (twenty) times more, and the construction in progress can be stopped until the trial ends.
